From the Novalera rate card. Discovery writes the Service Schedule. Typical term 12 months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We’d rather you see the dollars before the conversation than after.

Maryland sales or tech tax may apply. Voice, cameras, and C3PAO / GCC High are separate. Business texting (10DLC) is its own line — we write the dollars after we know the brand and use. Example: one office, 10 users, 1 server, 1 firewall on Standard is often about $2,200–$2,500 / month after discovery.
How we engage
1. Discovery. Call or walkthrough. What’s breaking, who we call after hours.
2. Proposal. Schedule + monthly investment + onboarding project.
3. Onboard. Typically $3.5k–$7.5k for a clean single office.
4. Operate. The monthly number starts when we’re actually covering you.
